Foothills, Old Santa Fe Trail, Old Las Vegas Highway

Heading south out of town down Old Santa Fe Trail you’ll come along the foothills of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains.
Running parallel to Old Santa Fe Trail you have Old Las Vegas Highway. Both feature many lots off the neighboring communities with at least a couple of acres and surrounded by pinon and juniper trees. You also have some of the best Sandia and Jemez mountain views as well as some of the best sunset views in all of Santa Fe up in the neighborhood of Overlook II, up on Cloudstone, Apache Ridge, or beyond the gates to Double Arrow Road. The Hondo Hills and Museum Hill also make up this area. For great food you don’t have to drive far because the locals spot, Harry’s Roadhouse, sits on Old Las Vegas Highway. Harry’s has been featured on an episode of the Food Network’s Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives. If you’re needing a gym, swimming pool, tennis courts, or sauna you also have the club at El Gancho.
